Overview

A minimal Windows 11 taskbar network-speed display built with native Win32, IP Helper, and DirectWrite APIs.

Current status

The taskbar-positioning prototype is the current development gate. NetLine checks actual taskbar controls before showing an unobtrusive display and hides when a safe position is unavailable.
